Total Body Reset is locally owned and operated in Castle Rock, Colorado by Danielle Ash. Danielle is a Colorado native and started her career in therapeutic massage therapy in 2013. 

 

Most of her career has been working alongside chiropractors and physical therapists and learning the ins and outs of the therapeutic and medical side of the industry through these experiences. 

 

In January 2020 Danielle decided to open her own practice and has spent the last couple of years creating a space that allows for a welcoming and calming atmosphere to 'reset' your body, mind, and soul. It is a one-of-a-kind location that focuses on providing therapeutic massage and other therapies to help with pain management and injury, as well as teaching self-care therapies.

As a part of the local business community, Danielle has built valuable relationships with many of the amazing community members of Castle Rock and surrounding areas. The clientele base of Total Body Reset has quickly grown and availability has become very limited, it's a true testiment to the hard work and dedication that Danielle has put in.

With the high demand, she recently decided to expand her practice and has added to her team to offer great healers, like herself, the opportunity to offer their gifts to this wonderful community too. 

 

As Total Body Reset continues to grow, you will also see a range of new service options become available. The newest addition is red light therapy, this treatment stimulates the body's natural healing and regeneration process. You can experience red light therapy independantly or it makes a great addition to a massage session.
